Common questions
Why does the Kitchen System have a second step?
Its artwork (stations, fridge, register) comes from a free Creator Store model. You still buy the Game Pass. Other systems don’t have this step.
What happens on the seventh experience?
It won’t run until you release one of the other six. A released slot can be used by a different experience after 30 days.
Can I use it in a group I have edit access to?
Only if you own the group. Edit access isn’t enough.
What if someone else sees my key?
Rotate it on the dashboard to get a new key. The old key stops working straight away.
Do my players need anything?
No. Players aren’t checked, and don’t need to own anything or join the Prova group.
Refunds?
Prova can’t reverse Robux purchases. If anything on a product page is unclear, ask on Discord before buying.
Suspension. Prova can suspend your licence and account at any time
if you break the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
