What your purchase includes, how you may use it, and when a licence may be revoked.

What You Are Buying
You are buying a licence to use a Prova product in Roblox experiences you own. Ownership of the product itself isn’t transferred to you.
Your purchase is made through a Roblox Game Pass using Robux. Products that include models or artwork may also require a free Creator Store listing. Both are required where applicable.
What the Licence Covers
- Experiences
- Up to six experiences at a time, owned by you or a Roblox group you own.
- Term
- One-time purchase. No renewal or subscription.
- Transfer
- Linked to your Roblox account and can’t be sold or transferred.
- Rotation
- You can rotate your licence key at any time.
- Released Slots
- Available for another experience after 30 days.
What You Can’t Do
- Copy, resell, sublicense, publish, or share a Prova product, whether modified or unmodified, for free or for payment.
- Share your licence key with anyone outside your own Roblox group or team.
- Remove, disable, bypass, or interfere with licence checks.
- Extract Prova models, meshes, or images for use outside the product they were provided with.
When a Product Stops Working
A Prova product won’t run if Prova Core is missing, the licence key is invalid or revoked, the experience isn’t owned by the licence holder, or the six-experience limit has been reached. See the full requirements here.
If Prova's service is temporarily unavailable, a running server can continue using its existing permission for up to 45 minutes. A rejected licence check may stop the product sooner.
Availability
Prova doesn’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. The licensing system is designed so that a temporary outage doesn’t immediately stop a running experience.
Revocation
A licence may be revoked for these reasons:
- Removing, bypassing, or interfering with licence checks.
- Redistributing a Prova product or sharing your licence key outside your own group.
- Disrespecting Prova staff, or breaking our community guidelines.
If a licence is revoked, the product will stop working in every experience using it once the current permission expires.
Refunds
Robux purchases are processed by Roblox and can’t be reversed by Prova. If you have questions before purchasing, contact us through the Prova Discord.
Liability
Products are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Prova Services isn’t liable for lost revenue, lost players, or indirect losses resulting from the use of, or inability to use, a product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can’t legally be excluded.
Roblox
Prova is independent and isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Your use of Roblox is governed by Roblox’s own terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top will be updated. Changes will apply to all existing purchases, so ensure you check this regularly.
